Please inflate your board fully as soon as it is received. Carefully inspect the board for damage or leaks. If you notice any problems please contact us within 3 days of receiving the board to get the warranty ball rolling as soon as possible.

Warranty process

  • Fill out the form below to notify us of the problem, you must include a photo of both the issue and the serial number.
  • We will contact the products manufacturer for you. All warranties are dealt with at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • In most cases the pictures will be sufficient for the manufacturer to make a warranty determination and they will either replace or credit the product.
  • If the manufacturer needs to have the item returned to them you will be responsible for shipping the item to us and we will send it to the manufacturer.
